CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement:

You may use the model cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory. You may also submit your withdrawal using the “Cancel contract” function that is permanently available on the website. If you use this function, you will receive an acknowledgement by email without delay.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We will normally use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Early expiry for digital content

For a paid online course, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the fourteen-day period if access has already been provided after you expressly consented to immediate performance and confirmed your awareness that the right of withdrawal would be lost once performance began. For a contribution of €0, the right of withdrawal expires when the digital content begins to be supplied.
